Course Registration and Payment Policy:
  • Half of the course cost is due to reserve a space for your student; space is limited to 10 students per session.  The other half is due by the date classes begin.

  • Late registration = $20 (One may register during the late registration period up to the day of the session if space is available.  Please call ahead for details.)

Refund Policy:
Registration fee is nonrefundable for it is used to purchase materials for student use and reserve the student's spot in the class.  If course is paid in full, and student cancels five days before beginning of course, half of the full charge will be refunded.  Otherwise, no fees are refundable.  Student will have the option of taking the chosen class, or another at the same price, at a later date.
 
Class Cancelation:
If there is bad weather or the venue is closed, then the missed class will be held after the last scheduled session.  If the instructor needs to cancel, the same procedure will be followed.  In both cases, the students will be notified in advance.
 
Missed classes:
If a student misses a class, no refund will be given.  If a student misses three or more classes, he or she may attend those classes only in the next scheduled section of that course.
